Each Friday I share with you my five favorite blog posts of the week. Perhaps they were heart-warming, silly, informative, or just plain fun. No matter what, they were ones that stuck with me and I want to share with you!

A Fan Letter (or, a cautionary tale about post titles) – Kludgymom is at it again, and I warn you that if you are drinking while reading, then your drink will shoot out your nose. Just saying.

Character on Aisle Nine – fatherhood contributor for Simple Mom, Shaun Groves, posted this wonderful reminder of how simple acts can be so incredibly important in shaping the lives of our children.

Writer’s Week Schedule Announced – If you haven’t seen information about this amazing event hosted by Suess’s Pieces, you must stop what you are doing and head on over.  This promises to be an incredible and helpful week.

Mama Kat’s Writer’s Workshop: Confusion  – Carri B chose to write from the prompt “Write a post about a childhood memory as if you’re in that moment again…from the perspective of yourself as that child” and did a phenomenal job.

They Scared Me!  – I loved this one because it reminded me so much of when I saw Poltergeist for the first time, at waaaaay too young an age. The effects have lasted a lifetime.  What scary movie left you scared for life?
